The ingredient can be, at customer’s request, ecological or traditional.

The main cereals used are:

  • rice - because of the way it is prepared it keeps its beneficial characteristics for health. Some of the most important of these can be listed as follows: every 100gr of rice contains 7gr of proteins(from 6,63% up to maximum 9,85%), 86,6gr of glucides(especially about 80% amidon) and 0,8gr lipids. Rice has the greatest quantity of amidon of all the cereals.
    A very important and useful thing to know is that the biological value of the rice protein is 86%-meaning that our body can assimilate 86% of the contained proteins, a 100% biological value indicating that the protein can be 100% assimilated. Beside all the other qualities, rice does not contain gluten, which makes it a very good substitute for bread for those who suffer from coeliac disease.

  • wheat - offers the possibility to consume the necessary nutrients in a different way than from traditional bread. The product obtained by expanding is rich in proteins, flavor compatible and with a low content of fats. The cakes are ideal for making the nutritive value of food better.

  • corn - is rich in unsaturated, monosaturated, polyunsaturated and saturated fat acids. It is also rich in Vitamins A, B, C, E and in mineral salts (magnesium, phosphorus and potassium) and fibers. Due to the high quality of fibers it contains, corn regulates the intestinal transit. Corn oil, rich in polyunsaturated acids, does not degrade in the production process and it can help fighting the rise of cholesterol in blood. It is also a good diuretic and, if consumed regularly, it can prevent water retention in organism.

  • sesame - contains 48-65% lipids, 24% proteins, vitamins B, D, E.F, and it has a high energetical value and brings an important input in nutritional trouble. Mixed with honey, it help the calcium absorption in the body. It is rich in fibers, minerals (phosphorus, calcium, potassium, iron, zinc), in unsaturated and poly-unsaturated fat acids(Omega 6), elements that are indispensable for the human body.

Beside all these nutritional qualities, the cakes have a great taste and an aroma that cannot be matched by any other.
